I build business software with AI agents. I also build the checks that keep it honest.

Lead builder of a platform that 5 businesses run on.

Selected work

  1. One platform, 5 businesses.

The system a group of companies log in to every day: their customer records, their payments and the automations that do their repeat work. One codebase. Every request is tied to one company before it can touch any data, and the database holds a second lock behind that.

  2. An AI that gets graded before it ships.

Every run of the assistant is recorded and checked. The code that guards what it sends has to pass 92 test cases before a change can merge. The system may propose a fix to its own prompt. It can never apply one. A person does that.

  3. Stretch, a budget app on sale now.

It tells you how much is safe to spend until payday. I designed it from what buyers of other budget tools complained about most: setup that takes too long. No account, no bank login, and it works offline.

  4. How I ship AI-built software without breaking things.

An agent can write a page in a minute and be wrong about it with full confidence. So a real browser walks every change before a person sees it, and one script is the only road to production. It refuses to go live without a named approver.

Tools I have built

At my day job

For the 5 businesses on the platform. Their names stay private. A teammate built other tools on it; these are the ones I built or mostly built.

  • Sales hub. Managers see the whole team: numbers, roster, training calls and schedules. Each rep gets their own daily view. A weekly AI review of the numbers is checked before anyone reads it.
  • Membership portal. Sign up and pay by card. Members, referral partners and staff each get their own area. An AI drafts a report from an uploaded document, staff approve it, and the member gets a branded PDF.
  • Task manager. Projects, tasks, owners and due dates, with marks on work that has gone stale. 4 of the businesses use it.
  • Admin portal. Where the team sees every business, every error and every release.
  • Coaching business suite. A client and staff portal, a public website that captures leads, and events pages.
  • Affiliate portal. Someone outside the business applies, gets a trackable link, and sees who they brought in.
  • An AI assistant for each business. It works in Slack, Telegram and web chat, and it learns the business from that business's own documents.
  • The deploy system. One change to a shared tool rolls out to each business's own copy, to staging first.

For myself

  • My HQ. One login for a CRM, tasks, a calendar, a budget and documents.
  • Email agents. They read and answer mail within seconds, all day, with a watchdog that restarts them.
  • A creator pipeline. It finds creators, checks them against rules, and builds a plan page for each one.
  • Stretch. The budget app in the list above.
  • A call notetaker. It records a call, writes the transcript on my own computer, and sums it up.
  • Voice in and out for my coding tools. I talk, it types. It answers out loud.
  • Phone bots. I run my coding sessions from a chat app on my phone.

How I work

  • I build with Claude Code, and I say so.My job is the part an agent cannot do for itself: deciding what to build, proving it works, and deciding when it is safe to ship.
  • Nothing ships until a real browser has walked it.Reading the code is not a test. Neither is a screenshot.
  • Every live change passes staging and a human yes.The yes has a name on it, and the deploy script checks for it.
  • I write down what broke. Each rule on this page exists because something went wrong once.

About

I sold cars on Oahu for eight years. My first builds were for my own leads: a voice agent, and a text agent that moved people from interested, to booked, to showing up.

In 2026 I left the sales floor to build software full time. I am self-taught and I build with AI tools.
